It's a mind game you can play anywhere, anytime - and a great antidote to anxiety, irritation or feeling down. 

The object is simple: think of something you enjoy and now think of the first, best or most exquisite example of that experience you have ever had.

Bring it to mind in as much detail as possible - where, when, with who and how you felt.

Bringing past positive experiences into the present benefits us in many ways.

For one, it gives us an immediate lift, reliving the moment captures some of the original feelgood - and you know it's working if you get a grin on your face. And for another, it tunes and strengthens our positive pathways.
