Practice Acts of Kindness

Look for opportunities to be kind to people.

These may be spontaneous acts of random kindness - helping people you happen to come across in the course of your day.

Or premeditated - something specific you choose to do for someone.

Your acts of kindness need not be grand gestures, a helping hand, a kind word or a sympathetic smile is sufficient.

Such acts of kindness bring many rewards, they connect you with others, create a sense of value and contribution and may even start a ripple of reciprocated kindnesses.

Kindness in words creates confidence. Kindness in thinking creates profoundness. Kindness in giving creates love. Lao Tzu.
