After discussing what you want to achieve, your personal trainer will assess your current level of fitness and devise an individual programme which can be adapted according to your progress.

Personal training can provide workouts that are challenging, and varied. The sessions, which normally last for an hour, are arranged at a time and place that is convenient for you.
